Fish Eye Lens is the sole album by the American alternative hard rock band Soul Shock Remedy, independently released on Revolution Records in 1994. Re-issued by R.E.X. Music the following year featuring new cover artwork. The album was produced by band member Ken Mary. Mixed by Michael Wagener for Double Trouble Productions.

Featuring producer Ken Mari on lead vocals, keyboards, and percussion; Bon Ashley on electric guitar, talkbox, and backing vocals; Brian Buzard on acoustic and electric guitars, and backing vocals; Mark Stratford on bass, twelve-string guitar, keyboards, and backing vocals; and Randy Scott on drums and backing vocals.
