It Must Be Love is an album by the American pop group The Latinos, released on Word in 1981. The album was recorded by Dan Willard and Chris Taylor at Whitefield Studios in Santa Ana, California; and was produced by Gary Whitlock with The Latinos. Arranged by The Latinos. Mixed by Dan Willard.

The Latinos feature Harold Velasquez on lead and background vocals, and bass; Ronnie Velasquez on lead and background vocals, congas, timbales, and latin percussion; Brian Lucas on lead and background vocals, keyboards, Hammond B3 organ, Prophet V, Yamaha CS-50, Arp Axxe, Minimoog, Hohner D6, bass, and latin percussion; Phillip Wright on acoustic and electric piano (Fender Rhodes), string and synthesizer; and Richard Avalos on drums, bongos, and latin percussion. Additional percussion by Ron Robertson, Paul Ryan Villanueva, and Sal Salvador Duarte. Additional background vocals by Vincente Montano, Rudy Ortiz & The Temple Calvario “Village Singers”. Cry Baby Vocal on “Santo” performed by Jessica Nicole Velasquez.
