Time Keeps On Running is an album the American pop/rock band The David Coate Group, independently released on Power Records in 1981.
The David Coate Group is Kevin Wells on keyboards and vocals, David Coate on guitars and vocals, Bob Tillman on bass, and Phil Bonomo om drums and percussion.
Hailing from Boston, Massachusetts, The David Coate Band debuts with a sound mixing a number of musical strains. Foremost is the superlative guitar work of David Coate, reminiscent of Phil Keaggy‘s style, and the Dana Key-like vocals of keyboardist Kevin Wells. Add some rock/fusion with a dash of acoustic folk and the idea becomes clear.
