Description

Casino is the final studio album by the British singer and songwriter Geoff Mann, released on SI Music in July 1992.The album was recorded at Thin Ice Studios in Reading, England.

This was Geoff Mann’s final release before his death of cancer in February 1993. It’s an ambitious rock-concept album with musicians from Pendragon, Threshold, Shadowland and Twelfth Night, using the misadventures of a professional gambler to bring out spiritual insights.

In October 1994 a tribute album entitled Mannerisms: A Celebration of the music of Geoff Mann was released by friends.

Note: A second pressing from SI had the CD printed with the coins in gold. The original album from SI was released in Japan under license to ZERO in the same format but with card spine insert and Japanese lyrics.
