Rolled Away the Stone! (Live 1970 – 1979) is a live album by the American rock band Wilson McKinley, independently released on Tanignak Productions in 2021. Restoration by Timothy Smith.

The Wilson McKinley were pioneers in a brand-new genre: Jesus Rock. They ushered out the era of organ and chimes with full on, unapologetic rock in multiple styles, garage rock, psych, and country rock to name a few. Their LPs have sealed their reputation as one of the best bands to come out of the Pacific Northwest in the 1970s, but a huge number of their songs were left unreleased, until now. At their best live, this collection spans their 10-year career as Jesus Rockers. There’s over 45 minutes of music from the “I Am” coffeehouse in downtown Spokane, a sampling of tracks from a concert at Gonzaga U. in 1970, and almost 40 minutes of their final recorded concert in 1979, along with five other mini-sets. The tracks have been repaired and restored as much as possible into an amazing audio account of a truly revolutionary band. Culled from the original open reel tapes, all recorded unofficially, plus informal cassettes of live concerts, with four tracks from the infamous On Stage LP of June, 1970, recorded right as they were starting as a band, without their knowledge. Produced with the full cooperation of the band, this double CD brings these historic live moments to a worldwide audience.
