The Best of Maranatha!

Description

The Best of Maranatha! is a multi-artist compilation album released on Maranatha! Music in 1979. Pressed on red vinyl. It was followed up by a second Best of compilation, simply entitled The Best of Maranatha! Volume 2.

During the time periode 1971 to 1980 Maranatha! Music released seven multi-artist compilation albums as a part of the label’s Maranatha! Series, The Everlastin’ Living Jesus Music Concert being the first. Maranatha! Seven, the final release of the Maranatha! Series, was released in 1980. During 1979 Maranatha! Music also released multi-artist samplers like Maranatha! Current and Hosanna.
