Life in the First Degree – b/w “Reason With Me” – is a two-sided 7-inch vinyl single by the American alternative rock band Adam Again, released on Blue Collar Records in 1986, distributed by Lexicon Distribution (catalogue number BCR 0041). Both tracks were taken from the band’s full-length debut album In a New World of Time released on Blue Collar Records the same year, recorded during March 1986 by Wally Grant at Asaph Recording in Anaheim, California; with lead singer Gene Eugene and Grant producing. Both songs written by Gene Eugene.
