Sounds of Summer, Volume 1, sub-titled New Christian Rock, is a multi-artist promotional compilation featuring music by eight artists signed to Sparrow Records, released on Sparrow Records in 1986. It’s a 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Collection.

Sparrow Records is releasing “Sounds of Summer, Volume I and II” this summer. Volume I will feature selections from the label’s more rock-oriented acts (REZ, Steve Taylor, Rick Cua, Sheila Walsh, and others).
