Description
“Señor” – b/w “Greatest Love” – is a two-sided 7-inch vinyl single by the American instrumental jazz-rock group Koinonia, released in Europe on Sparrow Records in 1986, distributed by Word (catalogue number WS 107). Both tracks were taken from the band’s full-length album Frontline released on Sparrow Records the same year, with the basic tracks recorded by Don Murray at Sunset Sound in Hollywood, California; as well as additional recording at Room 335 in Hollywood and Peace In The Valley Recording in Arleta, California. Produced by Koinonia and Greg Mathieson with the band arranging. Side A was co-written by Alex Acuna and Abraham Laboriel, while side B was written by Harlan Rogers. “Señor” features vocals by Tata Vega, Abraham Laboriel, Howard Smith, Harlan Rogers, as well as Alex and Diana Neciosup-Acuña.
