Forum is the seventh studio album by the American alternative rock band Undercover, released by Brainstorm under the WAL (Word Associated Labels) umbrella in 1994, a division of Word. The album was produced and recorded between January 1, 1994, and July 15 by Gene Eugene of Adam Again and band member Ojo Taylor at The Green Room in Huntington Beach, California. Mixed by Eugene.
