Selah – Healed in the Wounded World

Description

Healed in the Wounded World is a seven-track 12-inch vinyl EP by the American new wave band Selah, independently released on the Canadian label World Records in 1987. The EP was recorded and mixed by Jeff Gilman at Music Designers Studios in Hudson, Massachusetts; with the band producing (except “Watch” recorded at Ivy Lane Studios in Hopkinton, Massachusetts). Executively produced by Joe Renzoni with production assistance by Narrow Road Productions, Walnut Creek, California.

Featuring Steve McConnell on vocals, digital piano, and keyboards; Joe Renzoni on guitars; Rick Steinau on bass; and Charles Young on drums (with additional percussion programmed by engineer Jeff Gilman). Additional background vocals on tracks A1 and A4 by Shelly McConnell and Greg McConnell, respectively.

The album track “Greater Good” was released as a 7-inch vinyl single, and later also included on the Twelve New Faces sampler released by Myrrh Records in 1989.
