Description

Benediction is a digital single by the American singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer Ric Hordinski of Over the Rhine and Monk fame, independently released on Ether Records in November 2024. The track was taken from Hordinski’s up-coming full-length album Flesh + Ghost, released on Ether Records a few days later, an album recorded in Hordinski’s own studio The Monastery in Cincinnati, Ohio. Written and arranged by Ric Hordinski.

Featuring Ric Hordinski on guitars and vocals, Matt Wiles on bass, and Josh Seurkamp on drums, with Sage Rose, Andrea Summer, and Erica Bostick providing background vocals. Also featuring Eric Bates on violin and Ted Nelson on cello.
