Description
Flesh + Ghost is a part instrumental, part vocal, full-length album by the American singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer Ric Hordinski of Over the Rhine and Monk fame, Kickstarter-funded and independently released on Ether Records in November 2024. The album was recorded in Hordinski’s long-running studio, The Monastery in Cincinnati, Ohio; a repurposed church he procured in 1995.
Flesh and Ghost – a collections of songs and instrumental pieces – seems like a melting pot influenced by Ric Hordinski’s various endeavors over the last 25 years. Features guest musicians like Amos Heller, David LaBruyere, and Viktor Krauss.
