Description

Lord of the Past is a compilation album by the American singer and songwriter Bob Bennett, released on Urgent Records in 1989. The album features selected tracks from the three studio albums previously released by Bennett, First Things First (Maranatha! Music 1979), Matters of the Heart (Priority Records 1982), and Non-Fiction (StarSong Records 1985), as well as four new songs. The compilation reached 30th position on Billboard Magazine‘s Top Contemporary Christian chart in 1990, while the title song peaked at No. 1 on the Christian radio chart in early 1990.
