Description

Zero Zero Zero! is a CD-single by the American singer and songwriter Sam Phillips, released on Virgin Records in 1996 (catalogue number SAMDJ 896). The track was taken from her full-length album Omnipop released on Virgin Records the same year, recorded and mixed by Pat McCarthy assisted by Mike Piersante at Sunset Sound in Hollywood, California; with T-Bone Burnett producing. The track was written by Sam Phillips.

Featuring Darrell Leonard and Lester Lovitt on trumpet, Kenneth Kugler on trombone, Matt Betton on marimbas, Patrick Warren on Chamberlin, Jon Brion on piano and guitar, Greg Leisz on steel guitar, T-Bone Burnett on tejang, Armando Compean on bass, Jim Keltner on drums, Paulinho Da Costa on bongos, and Don Heffington on maracas. The track was arranged by Darrell Leonard.
