“Contemplation” – b/w “Peace Begins Within” – is a two-sided 7-inch vinyl single by the American singer and songwriter Mylon LeFevre, released on Cotillion Records in December 1970, a division of Atlantic Recording Corporation (catalogue number 45-44100). Both tracks were taken from his full-length debut album Mylon, released on Cotillion Records in September 1970, recorded by Rodney Mills at LeFevre Sound Corp. in Atlanta, Georgia; with Allen Toussaint producing for Sansu Enterprises. Both tracks written by Mylon LeFeve.
The track on the B-side was later re-recorded by Mylon LeFevre on his album Look Up, released on CBS Records in 1986.
