“Losers and Winners” – b/w “Don’t Light Your Own Fire” – is a two-sided 7-inch vinyl single by the American country-rock band Daniel Amos, released on Maranatha! Music in 1976, distributed by Word (catalogue number HS 024). Both tracks were taken from the band’s self-titled debut album released on Maranatha! Music the same year, recorded by Jonathan David Brown at Mama Jo’s Recording Studio in North Hollywood, California; with Al Perkins and the band producing. Both tracks written by band member Terry Taylor. “Don’t Light Your Own Fire” features jazz pianist Joanne Grauer on Fender Rhodes.
