I Can’t Help Falling in Love – b/w “Dance” – is a two-sided 7-inch vinyl single by the American alternative pop-rock band Vector, released on Exit Records in January 1986, a division of Word, manufactured and distributed by A&M Records (catalogue number WW-2769). Both tracks were lifted from the band’s full-length album Please Stand By released on Exit Records the same year (manufactured and distributed by both Word and A&M Records), recorded by Daryl Zachman with Chuck Wild at The Warehouse’s Sangre Studios in Sacramento, California; with Wild producing. Both tracks written by Steve Griffith, Bruce Spencer, and Jim Abegg.

The single version of “I Can’t Help Falling In Love” was actually mixed by Nigel Gray with Brent Bourgeois and band member Steve Griffith producing. The track on the flip-side is the original album version of “Dance”.

(Phil Keaggy demoed “I Can’t Help Falling In Love” during the Sunday’s Child sessions, though the song was not included on the final album. Two Keaggy demos – Outtake Mix 1 & 2 – are included on the Sunday’s Child Bonus Discs available at Keaggy’s Bandcamp site.)
