Love Has a Mind of it’s Own is a 3-song Maxi-Single / 12-inch 45 RPM vinyl-EP by the American singer and songwriter Donna Summer, featuring a duet with Matthew Ward of 2nd Chapter of Acts fame, released in the UK on Mercury Records/Phonogram ‎in 1984. The track was taken from Summer’s 1983-album She Works Hard for the Money, recorded by John Guess with Michael Omartian producing. The B-side features two more songs from She Works Hard for the Money; a special long version of “She Works Hard for the Money” as well as a slightly shorter version of “People, People”.
