Description
Pet the Fish is the debut album by the American alternative rock band Wish For Eden, released on Tooth & Nail Records in November 1993 (as the label’s first effort, catalog number TND 1001), distributed by Diamante. The album was self-produced by the band.
Featuring Rob Walker on guitar and vocals, Mike Ballard on bass, and Ed Bailey on drums.
The album was originally slated to be released by Michael Knott‘s label, Blonde Vinyl Records, but ended up as the first album released by the new label Tooth & Nail Records. Brandon Ebel and Michael Knott actually conceived Tooth & Nail Records as a joint venture, before Knott backed out. (Prior to forming Tooth & Nail, Ebel worked for Frontline Records.) In 2013, Brandon Ebel sold the entire back catalog of the label and all of its imprints to Capitol Christian Music Group.
