1800 Seconds of Motion (with a sleeve labeled …a Time to Dance (Ecclesiastes 3:4)) is a techno sampler by the American DJ, audio engineer, and Electronic Dance Music producer Scott Blackwell, released on Myx Records in 1992, a division of the Frontline Music Group, distributed by FMG Distribution. All songs produced, arranged, recorded and myxed by Scott Blackwell at N*Soul Production.
