House of Representatives is the sophomore album by the American hip-hop group The Cross Movement, released on 7th Street Records/Cross Movement Records in 1999, manufactured and distributed in the US by Provident Distribution, a division of Provident Label Group. Also distributed by BMG Distribution, a unit of BMG Music. The abum was recorded by Todd Solomon and Adam Glickman at Chill Factor Studio in Ardmore, Pennsylvania; except tracks 2, 6, 15, and 18 recorded by Storm at The Studio in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and tracks 16 and 17 recorded by Dennis at Krystal Line Studio in Brooklyn, New York. Mixed by Kenny McDonald at No Mystery Studio in New York City, New York; except tracks 2, 6, 15, and 18 mixed by Storm at The Studio in Philadelphia.
