Discipline of the Groove is the sophomore album by the American pop/rock/urban combo Recess, released on Reunion Records in 1990, manufactured and distributed by Word. The album was produced and recorded by “Kuk” Harrell and Morris “Butch” Stewart at Homeboy Recording Studio in Evanston, Illinois.
