Lonely Dancer

Description

Lonely Dancer is the third album by the British folk-pop duo Phil & John (Phil Baggaley and John Hartley), released in the UK on the Word Records associated label What? Records in 1987, and in the US by DaySpring International the following year, a division of Word. The album was recorded and mixed by Neil Costello at ICC Studios in Eastbourne, England; with Chris Eaton and Les Moir producing. (Initially, the duo was set to record the album for StarSong Records, but a couple of weeks before they were due to start the recording StarSong cancelled the contract out of the blue. Word Records, who had heard about the album project, then signed the duo.)
