Healing Stream

Healing Stream is an album by the British singer and songwriter Lou Lewis (a.k.a. Lou Hayles) of Meet Jesus Music fame, independently released in the UK on Window in 1985. The album was recorded by Colin Owen at The Old Smithy Recording Studio in Worcestershire, England; with David Eastman producing. Mixed by Eastman and Owen. Orchestral arrangements by Andy Hague. All songs written by Lou Lewis. (That album in particular was birthed in much pain and I guess the Lord honoured that walk in healing and helping others. – Lou Lewis)

Lou Lewis – featured on piano and vocals – is backed by a session band consisting of Mal Pope on piano and synthesizer, Neil Costello and Norman Barratt on guitars, Les Moir on bass, and Bobby Clarke on drums, with Trevor Orton sitting in on saxophone. Also featuring producer David Eastman on piano and synthesizer, as well as percussion and Lin Drum. Backing vocals provided by Ian Shears, Pearl & Pat, Pete Emberley, and Sharron Pearcy.
