Every Moment: The Best of Joy Williams is a compilation album by the American singer and songwriter Joy Williams, released on Reunion Records in 2006, an imprint of Provident Label Group, a unit of SONY BMG Music, manufactured and distributed in the US by Provident-Integrity Distribution.
It’s always worth listening carefully to a ‘Best Of’ collection because you get a real feeling of how the artist views their recent outpourings. So it’s better than a ‘Greatest Hits’ in that sense because it can have more thought put into its makeup. Joy’s collection is a ‘Best Of’ in the sense that there isn’t a bad or filler track on it, none that suggest you hit the skip button. It also has a new song, the rocky «Any More Sure» so perhaps you can get a sense of the direction her music is going in. The more known tracks «Here With Us», «Hide» and the title providing are all there. So one for the fans of this impressive US CCM talent or for the newly introduced.
