Description
As Good as it Gets is a studio album by the American R&B singer and songwriter Deniece Williams, released on Columbia Records in 1988. The album was recorded at various studios with various producers. Tracks 1, 5, and 6 were recorded by Erik Zobler at Le Gonk West Studio in Hollywood, California; with George Duke producing for George Duke Enterprises; tracks 2, 3, 7, and 10 were recorded by Paul Lani at The Enterprise in Burbank, California; with Brad Westering and Jay Gruska producing; and tracks 4, 8, and 9 were recorded by Chopper Black and Dave Schmidt at The Studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota; with Monte Moir producing for MSM Productions.
Featuring songs like “It’s You I’m After”, a track written by Roby Duke, and “I Am Sure”, a song written by Michael W. Smith and Mike Hudson and originally recorded by Smith on his 1984-album, Michael W. Smith 2.
