Description

Answers is an album by the American pop/rock combo Under New Management, released on Dynamic in 1975. Vocals, percussion and horns were recorded by Steve Hanna at Gilfoy Sound Studios in Bloomington, while rhythm section and horns were recorded by Marshall Sanders at Pinebrook Recording Studio in Alexandria, Indiana. The album was produced and arranged by Stan Morse.

Under New Management is Brenda Upshaw on soprano vocals; Bonnie Burns on second soprano vocals; Michelle DeMuir on alto vocals; Doug Birky on keyboards as well as first tenor vocals; Dave Dillon on acoustic and electric guitar, bass, as well as baritone vocals; Mike Duke on bass; and Jim Benton on drums.

Musicians featured on the album: Bruce Martin on keyboards, John Darnall on acoustic and electric guitar, Dan Posthuma on bass, and Jack Gilfoy on drums and percussion (with Steve Hanna also providig percussion). Joel Davidson provides lead guitar solo on track B2 while Jim Benton provides tamborine on track B3.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT is in its fourth year in travels to high schools and concerts across the USA. Last year over a quarter million teens heard UNM.

In line with the Bi-Centennial of our country, we have included a patriotic medley in this year’s album.
