We Are the Reason

Description

We Are the Reason is the third album by an American instrumental project known as The Sonlight Orchestra, released on Myrrh Records in 1981, a division of Word. The album was recorded and mixed by Brent Maher at Creative Workshop in Nashville, Tennessee; with D. Bergen White producing and arranging. Featuring contemporary orchestral arrangements of award-winning CCM songs.

Featuring Charles R. Goodrum on keyboards and synthesizer, producer Bergen White on organ, harpsichord, and background vocals, Jon Goin on acoustic and electric guitars, Bob Wray on bass, Kenneth Buttrey on drums, and Farrell Morris on percussion. Also featuring Billy Puett on saxophone, flute, and recorder, Don Sheffield on trumpet, Bob Taylor on oboe and English horn, and Charlie McCoy on harmonica. Strings provided by The Shelly Kurland Strings.
