Description
Dare to Be the One is the sole album by the American rock band The Fourth Watch, released on Exile Records in 1986, distributed by Regency Music. The album was recorded and mixed by label founder Gord Driver with Jeff Lams producing (who also played keyboards on the album).

As well featuring Pannier (of Altar Boys fame) on guitar, and a rhythm section consisting of bassist Kevin Elling (later replaced by Mike Cowden) and drummer Bill Lawrence. The band played together from 1984-87.
