Jesus, You Are My Friend is an album by the American singer and songwriter Sharalee (Sharalee Lucas), released on Petra Records in 1976, a division of Paul Johnson Productions. (Reissued by Petra Records the same year featuring new cover artwork and retitled Praise You Just The Same.) The album was recorded and mixed by Toby Foster at Martinsound Studios in Alhambra, California; with Paul Stilwell producing for Paul Johnson Productions. Arranged and conducted by Paul Johnson. Background vocals provided by the Paul Johnson Singers: Carolyn Willis, Lisa Roberts, Myrna Matthews, Michael Redman, Paul Johnson, Gene Merlino, and Bob Tebow.
