Orchestral arrangements by Richard Balcombe. The album was recorded on location by B&H Sound Services, Peterborough, and was mixed at ICC Studios in Eastbourne, England. Soloists were Paul Field, Jeanette Wilson, and Ralph Ward.
Breaking Bread is a celebration of the Lord’s Supper in music, drama and dance. It can be used in a variety of church settings and services, as a musical accompaniment to your own service of Holy Communion.
Conceived and co-ordinated by evangelist Rev Rob Frost, and set to music by professional songwriter Paul Field, it is designed to enrich the worship of the whole church.
Our prayer is that Breaking Bread will bring together the traditional and the contemporary in a beautiful blend of praise. We hope that Christians of all ages will discover a freshness in worship, and a deeper understanding of the Lord’s Supper through this ministry. – Rob Frost [A note featured on the back of the LP sleeve]
