Description
The self-titled, sole album by the Swedish eight-piece vocal ensemble Vox de Luxe was released on the Swedish gospel label Prim in 1986. (Re-issued in the UK in 1988 by Edge Records, licensed and distributed by Kingsway Publications, re-titled Like a Picture and featuring English lyrics only.) The album was engineered by Benny Lundin, Bosse Jönsson, and Olle Junholm at Royal Studio in Gothenburg, Sweden; with Vox de Luxe member Lars Brandström producing. Mixed by Bo-Göran Lundberg at Supreme Studio in Stockholm, Sweden.
Vox de Luxe is Pernilla Emme-Alexandersson, Lars Andersson, Catherine Bengmark, Lars Brandström, Andreas Glans, UllaCarin Holmberg, Yvonne Larsson, and Ann-Louise Olsson. The vocal group is backed by a session band featuring musicians like Peter Sandwall on piano and synthesizer, Olle Junholm on guitar, and Anders Mossberg on bass, among others, with Lars Andersson providing saxophone.
