The album was produced and recorded by Gene Eugene of Adam Again fame and Mark Rodriguez at The Green Room in Huntington Beach, California; with the band co-producing. Mixed by Rodriguez at The Mixing Lab A in Garden Grove, California. All Songs written by Mike Stand and Rob Goraieb.
Clash of Symbols is Mike Stand on guitar, piano, and vocals, Rob Goraieb on guitar and vocals, Matthew Chapman on bass (formerly of Allies), and Steve Latanation on drums, percussion, and vocals. Randy Lee is sitting in on keyboards on track 12.
In 2002 Full Circle was released credited “Mike Stand and Clash of Symbols”.
These guys rock! Lead Clasher Mike Stand (formerly of Altar Boys) has a keen voice that captures both the restlessness of being lost and the joy of being saved. The band offers a bracing mix of grunge, psychedelia, Beatle-esque pop and raw punk that’s strident without masking its melodic core. It’s great to hear a veteran band do such a credible job of producing music which will appeal to a wide age bracket. [Bruce A. Brown, CCM, August 1995]
