Heaven or Hell is the fifth studio album by the American pop/rock band David & the Giants, independently released on their own label Song of Songs Records in March 1981. The album was recorded by band members David and Rayborn Huff at Huff Recording Studio in Laurel, Mississippi; with the band producing. Mixed by David Huff. All songs written by the Huff brothers; David, Rayborn and Clayborn.
Featuring David Huff on acoustic and electric guitars, Fender Rhodes electric piano, as well as lead vocals; Rayborn Huff on piano, organ, and synthesizer (Arp Ensemble, Arp Quadra, Poly Korg, and Moog), Chimes, as well as backing vocals; Clayborn Huff on bass and tambourine, as well as backing vocals; and Keith Thibodeaux on drums, with Billy Carr and Hal Atkinson sitting in on steel guitar and flute, respectively.
