Listen to our Hearts, Vol. 1 is a multi-artist project released on Sparrow Records in August 1998, distributed in the US by Chordant Distribution Group. (The album also includes a second commentary disc entitled Moments, Devotions and Songs.) The album was produced by Phil Naish for NT Productions.

A follow-up album simply entitled Listen to our Hearts, Vol. 2 was released the following year, featuring male vocalists only.

Dear Friend,
The Sparrow Label Group of Artists is pleased to present “Listen To Our Hearts.” Born out of a love and commitment to the body of Christ, this record celebrates the common ground that we share as believers. This is music rooted in the church and grounded in worship of our Lord.

Each artist has chosen a song or hymn that is special to them. Some are old hymns they sang in church growing up. Some are newer songs that echo in churches around the world today. But all of these rich lyrics and melodies sing from a heart of worship that is as true today as ever. We hope you find as we have that these songs are wonderfully nostalgic, yet timeless in their message.

It’s important for all of us to stop and reflect on occassion. It’s here that we are reminded again how faithful our God truly is. As He has been, He forever will be.

As you Listen To Our Hearts, we hope you find His.
