English quartet makes its debut with a highly personalized sound, allusive and intelligent lyrics, and an unusual lead singer, Jimme O’Neill. «Painted Moon» and «I See Red» are the place for radio to start. Striking outing will remind some of bows by such originals as U2, the Waterboys, and Aztec Camera. [Billboard Magazine, July 11, 1987 (New and Noteworthy – Album Reviews/Pop section)]
