Description

Righteous Metal, sub-titled The Best Metal This Side of Heaven, is a multi-artist compilation featuring various (mostly) American classic rock, hard rock, and metal bands, released on Arrival Records in 1987, a gospel imprint of K-Tel (a mainstream multinational budget record label). The compilation was followed up with a second installment simply entitled Righteous Metal II, released in 1991.
