Description
The self-titled full-length debut album by the Swedish hardcore band Blindside was released on Day-Glo Records in 1997. Later that year also released in the US, licensed to Solid State Records, a Tooth & Nail Records imprint. (The running order on the Solid State release is different; omiting “Sidewinder” and including four extra tracks from the band’s Empty Box EP.) The album was produced, recorded, and mixed by Lasse Mårtén at TV-Inter Studios in Stockholm, Sweden.
Blindside features Christian Lindskog on lead vocals; Simon Grenehed on guitar; Tomas Näslund on bass; and Marcus Dahlström on drums.

Note: Released by Solid State Records on both cassette, 12-inch vinyl LP, and CD. (The Solid State edition omits “Sidewinder” and includes four extra tracks from the band’s Empty Box EP; “Born,” “Empty Box,” “Replay,” and “Teddybear”.) Re-released by DRT Entertainment in May 2005 with four unreleased demo tracks.
