Pops Staples

Description

The self-titled solo debut album by the American Gospel/R&B singer and songwriter Pops Staples (December 28, 1914 – December 19, 2000) of the Staple Singers fame, was released on I Am Records in 1987, manufactured and distributed by A&M Records. The album was recorded by Roger Heiss and Goh Hotoda, assisted by Roy Montroy and Ed Bialach, with Pops Staples and Curbe Mhoon producing.
