Description

Night Vision is the fourth studio album by the Canadian singer, songwriter, and guitarist Bruce Cockburn, released on True North Records in 1973, manufactured and distributed by Columbia Records of Canada. The album was recorded February-May 1973 by Bill Seddon at Thunder Sound in Toronto, Canada; with Eugene Martynec and Bruce Cockburn producing for True North Productions. All songs written by Bruce Cockburn. The gatefold cover features a Alex Colville painting (dated 1954) that is wittily continued on back of sleeve.

Featuring Bruce Cockburn on vocals, guitars, and banjo, backed by Pat Godfrey on keyboards, Dennis Pendrith on bass, and John Savage on percussion. On this album Cockburn fuses folk, jazz, and blues seamlessly while weaving intricate rhythms and melodies with soulful and pondering lyrics.
