In Pursuit is the sole album by the American AOR/melodic rock band Chase, released on Salt Incorporated Music in 1993, distributed by Diadem Distribution. The album was recorded by David Johnsen at Masterview SoundCrafts Recording Studios in Freeville, New York; and at Highpass Productions in Franklin and Cloudburst Productions in Kingston Springs, Tennessee; and was produced by Bill Baumgart for Highpass Productions with Johnsen co-producing. Mixed by Johnsen at Cloudburst Productions. Though the band had been around for ten years, In Pursuit was their first commercial project. Chase features Scott Lowmaster on rhythm guitar and lead vocals, Virgil Burdick on lead guitar and vocals, and a rhythm section consisting of Ron Chase om bass and Jay Corey on drums.
