Longtime Friends is an album by the American gospel and soul singer Morris Chapman (February 26, 1938 – May 2, 2020), released on Myrrh Records in 1982, a division of Word. The album was recorded by Jeff Balding, Randy Holland, John Bolt, Mike Poston, James Baird, and Neal Joseph at Bullet Recording and The Waxworks in Nashville, Tennessee; and at Pinebrook Recording Studio in Alexandria, Indiana; with Neal Joseph and Randy Hammel producing. Mixed by Bob Clark at Great Circle Sound in Nashville. Strings arranged by John E. Coates (tracks A2 and B5) and Neal Joseph (track B2). All songs written by Morris Chapman except track A1 co-written with Delbert Spriggs.
