Description

Downtown Church is the seventh album by the American singer and songwriter Patty Griffin, released on Credential Recordings in January 2010, a sub-label of Universal Music Group. The album was recorded in Nashville’s Downtown Presbyterian Church January 2009 and produced by Buddy Miller. The album peaked at No. 1 on both Billboard Christian Albums and Billboard Folk Albums and won a Dove Award for “Inspirational Album of the Year” at the 42nd GMA Dove Awards.
