It’s In His Hands is a digital-only single by the American singer, songwriter, and keyboardist Jeff Johnson, independently released on Johnson’s label Ark Records in May 2025. The single was produced, recorded, and mixed by Jeff Johnson at The Ark in Camano Island, Washington. Additional recording at Bakeman Studio in Portland, Oregon. The song was written by Jeff Johnson and originally recorded on his 1977 album, The Anvil of God’s Word. – A song for difficult times –

Featuring Jeff Johnson on keyboards and vocals with Brandon Vance (violin), Eliot Grasso (whistle) and Phil Baker (bass).

An updated version of one of Jeff Johnson’s most beloved songs. Written fifty years ago for a friend, this new version continues to offer hope and encouragement to people going though difficult times.
