I Need Love is a CD-single by the American singer and songwriter Sam Phillips, released on Virgin Records in 1996 (catalogue number dpro-14137). The track was taken from her full-length album Martinis & Bikinis released on Virgin Records the same year, recorded by Joe Schiff at various studios in the Los Angeles area of California (at The Sound Factory, Sunset Sound, and Ocean Way Recording in Hollywood, and as well at Record One in Sherman Oaks, Groove Masters in Santa Monica, and Kiva West in Encino); with T Bone Burnett producing. Mixed by Tchad Blake at The Sound Factory. The track was written by Sam Phillips.

“I Need Love” was included on the soundtrack for the ’96 movie, Stealing Beauty.
