Smith, released on Reunion Records in 1988, distributed by Word (catalogue number 9010037012-DJ). Both tracks were taken from his full-length album I 2 (Eye) released on Reunion Records the same year, distributed by both Word Records and A&M Records, produced Michael W. Smith and Wayne Kirkpatrick. The track on the A-side was co-written by Michael W. Smith and Wayne Kirkpatrick, while the track on the flip-side was co-written by Smith, Kirkpatrick, and Amy Grant.
