“Heart in the Right Place” – b/w “People in a Box” – is a two-sided 7-inch vinyl single by the American pop duo Farrell & Farrell, released on StarSong Records in 1985, distributed by Word (catalogue number 9106460151-DJ). The track was taken from the duo’s full-length album Jump to Conclusions released on StarSong Records the same year, recorded and mixed by John Hampton at Ardent Studios in Memphis, Tennessee; with Ed DeGarmo of DeGarmo & Key Band and Bob Farrell producing for Mint Productions. Arranged by Carl Marsh. Both tracks co-written by Bob Farrell, Dana Key, and Eddie DeGarmo.
