Why Should the Devil Have All the Good Music – b/w “Hey Watcha’ Say” – is a 7-inch vinyl single by the British singer and songwriter Cliff Richard, released on EMI Records in France in 1978 (catalogue number 2C 008-06623). Both tracks taken from his full-length album Small Corners released on EMI the same year, recorded during three days in January 1977 by Tony Clark at Abbey Road Studios in London, England; with Cliff Richard self-producing. The title track was written by Larry Norman (a song originally recorded on his 1972-album, Only Visiting This Planet ) with the flip-side co-written by the members of 2nd Chapter of Acts (originally recorded on their 1975-album, In the Volume of the Book ).
