Sunny Day is a eight-track cassette-only album by the American pop/rock band John Cox & The Balance, self-released in 1989. The album tracks were recorded by Keith Rust throughout 1989 at Crystal Clear Sound in Dallas, except tracks A3, B1, and B2 recorded by Steve Garrett at The Sound Factory in Carrollton, Texas.
